Allround modular scaffold has many advantages compared with tube and fittings scaffolds.  Reduced Labour Cost in erection and dismantling due to speed, no loose fittings., unrestricted access due to the lack of transverse braces and built -in safety.  All Layher’s working platforms (Steel Decking) are re-enforced steel with a non-slip surface as all decks are perforated.

DESCRIPTION OF BASIC LAYHER ALLROUND SYSTEM
 
Allround is a simple system with just 6 basic components.  All steel components are heavily hot-dip galvanised for exceptional longlife in comparison to the current market product which annually needs maintenance.
 
Allround Standards, ledgers and braces are constructed from  48.3mm diameter tube so that conventional tube and fittings can be attached at any point with standard scaffold couplers, allowing simple and cheap adaptations and extensions.
 
The first stage to erection of the Allround system is the setting out of the adjustable base plates which is done using the ledgers as a gauge.  Once the base plates are in position the collars are simply placed on top of the spindles and linked with ledgers and transoms.  Once the levelling has been carried out, the standards can then be inserted into the collars and guard rails and braces fitted.  Decks are hooked into the U-Transoms and secured proceeding to the next lift.
