Allied Group of Companies is recognized by the International Standard Organization (ISO 9002). Allied at present is attending ISO 18001 which includes Safety, Quality and Environmental, when successful -- Allied will be the only Scaffolding Company in the United Kingdom with 18001.

 

Allied Middle East is currently working with Allied U.K. ISO 9002 Manuals, on completion of ISO 18001 accreditation – Allied Middle East will also adapt 18001.

 
SCAFFTAG
 
An administrative system (includes a plastic card displayed on the scaffold structure) used to control and record the operational status of a scaffold.
 

       

HANDING OVER CERTIFICATE
 
A certificate that Scaffolding has been erected.
This will be filled upon completion of the erection of the scaffold, where requested or where required by regulations.
 
OFF HIRE NOTICE
 
A certificate that scaffolding has been dismantled on a certain date which is recordable.
 
SCAFFOLD INSPECTION CHECKLIST
 
Scaffolds must be regularly checked for stability and safety and it is recommended that this inspection should be carried out in a logical manner using a simplified checking list, in order to record findings.
